So a mother mentally abuses a poor child against the dad and yet the dad is the one that is banned from seeing his son.
If the dad physically abused the child in the same way then he would be in prison or banned from contact, so with all this hype today about mental abuse why the fuck are these snakes with tits still getting the sway of the courts.
Been through this myself for the past 4 years and these deranged and bitter ex wives are absoulte scums of the earth.
the courts and the system are so warped towards mother it is unreal.
You want to know why a lot of kids go off the rails, look at the mother in split relationships.
i'm lucky i've had the will to fight as at times you feel like giving up.

Vexed,
luckily this one isn't me. However my ex wife has displayed exactly the same symptoms and I am lucky that a district Judge has now seen it and is taking a solid down the line approach.
However the magistrates were fucking awful for 3 years.
The whole system is a farce and totally flawed.
The cape crusaders, fathers for justice is it? have the right idea with their 10 point plan that they would like to see in law.
If there can be an automatic right from the very start which can only be changed by court then it would save a lot of people a lot of head ache.
Nurse you are right the mother should be charged, however the courts just very very rarely do that.

A few people on here know my story I ended up full sole custody of both of my children. It's not easy to do that to their mother but I did it for them

At the tail end of this process myself......
Id never heard the term 'parental alienation' until a couple of years ago.....know all about it now.
In a couple of countries ( Mexico?) it's actually illegal and the parent ( usually the female) can be picked up

I grew up in the 80's and knew that the kids without fathers were the most troublesome, probably a lot worse now with kids and parents taking drugs etc.

That's standard fare, I'm afraid. My kids mother tried this and it came back later with interest and bit her on the arse in spades.
Over 25 years later and they still hold it against her; she sacrificed an awful lot for taking the "moral high ground".

Been there mate. Payback time now,my kids are adults and see me as a decent bloke (who has made mistakes) while they look at their mother and see a physcotic lunatic. I tell them she's still their mum so they should respect her but inside i'm grinning as she now knows that they know the truth and that they were fed a shed load of lies.
